YOGA



oh my goodness. i am getting so so so excited. yikes. if anyone needs to relax with me, i will go going to a yoga class on saturday and sunday morning.

on sunday, we are having a private class from 8:30 to 9:30. it is going to be a real low key class. so if you have never practiced yoga before, now is a great time to start.

i just want to absorb every moment of the next three days. the buddha said, "when we sit, we know we are sitting. when we walk, we know we are walking. when we eat, we know we are eating." i don't want this time to fly by.
